managed by Jay A. Kellett, John
A. Lundin, John C. Pogue, William L. Prince, Donald O. Jesberg and Patricia Small. |

Jay
A. Kellett
CEO/CIO
Mr. Kellett received a BS degree from the University of
Wisconsin at Madison, where he also attended the Graduate School of
Business and Finance. In January of 1970, Mr. Kellett joined Smith Barney
& Co. in the corporate bond department in New York and was transferred to
San Francisco as a member of the institutional fixed income department. In
1981, Mr. Kellett joined Merrill Lynch as a Sr. Vice President to
establish the firm’s West Coast fixed income department, and in 1988
joined Prudential Securities as Senior Vice President and Western Regional
Manager. Mr. Kellett is a highly esteemed specialist in the areas of
investment management analytics, technology systems and design. His
professional qualifications have included designations as a General Securities
Representative, General Securities Principal, Qualified New York Stock
Exchange Institutional Branch Manager, Registered Options Principal,
Universal State Securities Representative, Interest Rate Options
Principal, Commodities Futures Principal, and Municipal Securities
Principal. Established KCM in 1996.

John A. Lundin
Partner and Portfolio Manager
Mr. Lundin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1973
with a BA degree in Economics. He received an MBA in finance from Golden
Gate University in 1981. Mr. Lundin began his career with the U.S.
Department of the Treasury – Comptroller of the Currency as a National
Bank Examiner in 1973. In 1977, he joined Bank of America in the Credit
Examination Department – Bank wide, which monitored major credits
worldwide and loan losses. In 1981, he joined Scudder, Stevens and Clark,
later renamed Scudder Investments. He was a Senior Vice President and
Portfolio Manager in charge of the Private Investment Counsel Group in San
Francisco which specialized in equity and fixed income securities for high
net worth individuals. Joined KCM in 2000.

John C.
Pogue
Partner and Portfolio Manager
Mr. Pogue graduated from Trinity College,
Hartford CT, in 1966 with a BA degree in economics. Following three years
of active duty as a Naval officer aboard the USS Regulus, Mr. Pogue began
his investment career in 1970 with Wells Fargo Bank as a municipal bond
trader and, eventually, as Vice President in charge of the taxable bond
department. In 1976, Mr. Pogue joined the institutional bond department of
A.G. Becker (acquired by Merrill Lynch), and in 1979 opened and managed a
West Coast office for Briggs, Schaedel & Co. (a Primary Government
Dealer). In 1983, Mr. Pogue became a Sr. Vice President at Dean Witter
Reynolds with West Coast responsibility for institutional taxable fixed
income securities. In 1997, Mr. Pogue started Pogue Capital Management.
Joined KCM in 2003.

Patricia
Small
Partner and Portfolio Manager
Ms. Small graduated from Marymount College in 1967 with a BA degree in Economics. Most recently,
Ms. Small served as the highly esteemed Treasurer of the Regents of The
University of California, and was affiliated with the Treasurer’s Office
for more than 28 years. Regarded as one of the highest rated institutional
funds nationwide, Ms. Small was responsible for the internal management of
all equity, fixed income and private equity assets totaling more than $58
billion. For twenty years she served on the UC Retirement System Board.
For ten years she served as a Director of the Emerging Markets Growth Fund
at Capital International, Inc, served a term as a Board Governor of the
Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and is currently
an Advisory Board Member of ML Diversified Private Equity Program. In
addition, she has served on the advisory boards of several emerging market
private equity funds and serves on the Finance Committee of Marin General
Hospital. Before joining the Treasurer’s office, Ms. Small was Assistant
Portfolio Manager in the Pension Trust Unit at Bank of America, San
Francisco. Joined KCM in August 2001.

William
L. Prince, CFA
COO/CCO
Mr. Prince is a 1978 graduate of Boston University cum laude. Mr.
Prince has considerable private client and institutional experience,
having held positions of Director of Investment Management Services at RNC
Capital Management in Los Angeles, California, Senior Regulatory
Securities Accountant with Jefferies and Co., Los Angeles, and California,
Vice President and Director of Compliance at Wall Street Associates, La
Jolla, California. Mr. Prince provides considerable expertise in the
areas of benchmark analytics, stock screening and research, stock trading.
Mr. Prince is a member of the San Francisco Society for Financial
Analysts and the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Donald O. Jesberg
Portfolio Manager
Mr. Jesberg graduated from the University of Southern California in
1977 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis
in Finance. Don has been in the investment business for more than 26
years with various brokerage and investment advisory firms. For the
past six years Don served as Vice President at Reynolds Capital
Management in Larkspur, California working with individually managed
portfolios and serving as an officer for the Reynolds Funds, Inc. Don
joined KCM 2006.

Raymond J. Randolph
Principal and Director of
Retail Marketing
Principal, Director of Retail Marketing, graduated from the University of
San Francisco in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Economics. He has more than eighteen years of experience in financial
services, including banking and securities brokerage. Immediately prior
to joining KCM, Ray spent seven years with Charles Schwab and Co. as a
financial consultant where he was responsible for business development
and advice solutions for retail clients. Ray joined KCM in 2005.

Mary P.
Coyne
Manager of Client Services
Ms. Coyne received her paralegal
certificate from San Francisco State University worked in the legal field
in San Francisco for over 18 years before joining KCM. Ms. Coyne
manages client communications and portfolio administration. She also
serves as liaison with custodian banks and brokerage firms.

Noelle Vranjes
Client Services/Operations
Ms. Vranjes completed her undergraduate studies
with honors in Finance and International Business at San Francisco State
University in 2002. Prior to joining KCM in 2003, she worked for various
consulting and mortgage firms managing client relationships.
